Our Commitment to Your Jewellery
Each piece entrusted to us is carefully assessed by our team to understand its condition and determine the appropriate course of care. Should any restoration or repair incur a charge, the details will always be discussed with you and confirmed before proceeding.
As part of our commitment to you, every creation is entitled to three complimentary repairs over its lifetime. Any subsequent repairs will be assessed individually, with all associated costs communicated and agreed upon in advance.
Diamond Replacement
Should a diamond become damaged or otherwise compromised over time, we offer the option to replace it with a diamond of equivalent value. Replacement stones will be selected with consideration to the value and characteristics of the original diamond, preserving the integrity of your creation.
