Refund policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Once an item has been purchased, we are unable to accept or process returns or issue refunds.

To be eligible for an exchange, pieces must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by the original receipt and packaging.

Merchandise from The Centre Stone is eligible for exchanges only. Exchanges are confirmed following an assessment of the piece and verification of its condition.

Due to their bespoke nature, personalised, engraved or limited edition pieces are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Any additional shipping costs for merchandise returned for an exchange or service will be the responsibility of the client.
