How to Measure Your Ring Size at Home
Method 1: Measure an Existing Ring
This is the most accurate method if you have a ring that fits well.
What you'll need: A ruler with millimeter measurements
Steps:
- Select a ring that fits the intended finger comfortably
- Place the ring on a flat surface
- Measure the inside diameter of the ring in millimeters
- Use our size chart below to find your size
Method 2: Measure Your Finger
If you don't have a ring to measure, you can measure your finger directly.
What you'll need: String or paper strip, pen, ruler
Steps:
- Wrap a piece of string or paper strip around the base of your finger
- Mark where the string/paper overlaps
- Measure the length in millimeters with a ruler
- Divide the measurement by 3.14 to get the diameter
