What you'll need: A ruler with millimeter measurements

Steps:

  1. Select a ring that fits the intended finger comfortably
  2. Place the ring on a flat surface
  3. Measure the inside diameter of the ring in millimeters
  4. Use our size chart below to find your size

Method 2: Measure Your Finger

If you don't have a ring to measure, you can measure your finger directly.

What you'll need: String or paper strip, pen, ruler

Steps:

  1. Wrap a piece of string or paper strip around the base of your finger
  2. Mark where the string/paper overlaps
  3. Measure the length in millimeters with a ruler
  4. Divide the measurement by 3.14 to get the diameter
  5. Use our size chart below to find your size
