Worldwide Shipping

We ship lab-grown diamond jewelry worldwide from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Whether you're in the UAE, Europe, Asia, Americas, or anywhere else, we'll deliver your precious jewelry safely to your door.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Standard Shipping (5-10 business days):
Free for orders over AED 1,000 / $275 USD
Tracked and insured delivery

Express Shipping (2-5 business days):
Available for an additional fee
Priority handling and faster delivery

Custom Orders:
Production time: 3-6 weeks
Shipping time: Additional 5-10 business days

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another email with tracking information once it ships.

Tracking Your Order

All shipments include tracking numbers. You'll receive tracking information via email and can monitor your package's journey in real-time.

Customs & Duties

Returns & Exchanges Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

Eligible for Return:

  • Unworn jewelry in original condition
  • Original packaging and all accessories included
  • Certificate of authenticity included
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Ready-to-ship items (non-custom)

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Custom-designed or personalized jewelry (unless defective)
  • Worn or damaged items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items returned after 30 days

How to Initiate a Return

Step 2: Receive return authorization
We'll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions

Step 3: Ship your return
Securely package the item with all original materials
Include the RA number
Use a tracked, insured shipping method

Step 4: Receive your refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size, style, or product of equal or greater value. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Complimentary Ring Resizing

We offer one complimentary ring resizing within 60 days of purchase. Simply contact us to arrange resizing service.

Refund Policy

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email confirmation. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for items returned with signs of wear, missing components, or damage not due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your jewelry immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.

Our Commitment

We'll replace or repair any item with manufacturing defects at no cost to you. We'll also cover return shipping for defective items.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Insurance Coverage

All shipments are fully insured. If your package is lost or stolen during transit, contact us immediately. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your jewelry.

Delivery Confirmation

Signature confirmation is required for all high-value orders to ensure secure delivery.

Custom Orders

Custom Order Policy

Custom-designed jewelry is made specifically for you and is generally not eligible for return or exchange unless there's a manufacturing defect or the item doesn't match the approved design specifications.

Design Approval Process

You'll review and approve 3D renderings and specifications before production begins. We'll keep you updated throughout the creation process with photos and videos.

Warranty

Manufacturer's Warranty

All jewelry comes with a manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or loss of stones due to impact.
